Correct Wallpaper Setup
To gain the best blending effect, it is recommended that you use the “Auto” background in combination with the app-generated wallpaper.
This ensures that even the dock becomes invisible: for the most minimalistic look.
Stick to either dark mode or light mode, because there is currently no way to auto-update the background wallpaper accordingly.
To set up the wallpaper, Open Settings → Wallpaper → Customize (for the home screen).
Next, make sure that blur if off and tap on Photo.
Select All and select the wallpaper that you have saved from on point.
On iOS 18, when you customize your home screen, it’s important to disable the little sun icon in the bottom left. When enabled, the wallpaper will be displayed slightly too dark.
